At least one woman was killed and six other people were wounded in a bomb blast in the Christian neighborhood of easterner Beirut around midnight Monday.

The attack came after a day of intense fighting between Lebanese soldiers and terrorists near Tripoli, in which at least 48 soldiers and terrorists were killed.
