News agencies are now reporting that earlier reports of additional casualties in a rocket strike on Sderot after 8 p.m. were the result of a misunderstanding.

Three rockets did hit the Sderot area, but no casualties have been reported. One rocket landed in an open field in Sderot, another landed in a location within the jurisdiction of the Shaar Hanegev Regional Council.
