Seven embassies will honor Jerusalem Reunification Day festivities, and the rest of the world, including the United States, will boycott the celebration because they fear it would indicate approval of Israeli sovereignty over the capital.

The seven countries that will be present are Honduras, Cameroon, Georgia, the Ivory Coast, Nigeria, Congo and Ethiopia.

Meretz party leader Knesset Member Yossi Beilin said he will join Arab MKs who are boycotting holiday events.
