King Abdullah II of Jordan is sending a private helicopter to bring Vice Prime Minister Shimon Peres Tuesday to Amman to discuss plans for a joint Palestinian Authority (PA)-Jordan-Israel project in the Jordan Valley.
However, in a separate meeting, Prime Minister Ehud Olmert is not expected to bring up the idea of a PA-Jordan confederation. The focus of their meeting will be the Saudi Arabian 2002 initiative.
