Israir Sued for 'Pulling the Leg' of Travelers

The Israel Airlines and Tourism firm has sued Israir for allegedly misleading customers into thinking it offered maximum legroom on its planes. The low-cost and no-frills airline actually squeezed in 25 extra seats on its Boeing 767-300 planes, according to the suit.

The firm is asking for $30 million in damages, claiming that the company made profits through false advertising.
