      Dozens Injured in Stadium Riots

Dozens of soccer fans were injured in Teddy Stadium in Jerusalem on Sunday night. The fans were injured after pouring onto the field after Beitar Jerusalem won a game against Hapoal Tel Aviv. As fans were crowding the field a firecracker went off, causing a small explosion in the middle of the crowd. It is unclear whether fans were injured from the explosion itself, or from the resulting rush backwards.

Jerusalem medics were forced to call the emergency mass-attack system into use to deal with the injured. 28 were injured in the incident, two seriously, two moderately, and 24 lightly.
