50 Hospitalized in Meron Celebrations

(IsraelNN.com) 50 people were taken to hospital in the course of Lag Ba'Omer celebrations at Meron, in northern Israel. Magen David Adom crews treated over 300 people in the past 24 hours – a 50% rise compared to last year.
The rise is apprently a result of the very hot weather and crowded conditions at the site of Shimon Bar Yochai's grave.
