Weather: Warm, Hot and Hotter; Relief a Week Away

(IsraelNN.com) Friday will be warm, with temperatures around 27 degrees Celsius (80 degrees Fahrenheit) in Tel Aviv and Jerusalem and 32 Celsius (90 Fahrenheit) in Be'er Sheva. The thermometer will climb gradually from Shabbat until Monday, when it will reach 32-34 (low 90s Fahrenheit) in Tel Aviv and Jerusalem and a scorching 38 (100 Fahrenheit) in Be'er Sheva.

The heat will begin to subside on Tuesday, but real relief won't arrive until next Wednesday. The following day, light and scattered rain is possible in the north.
