Netanyahu: Peace and Prosperity Not Interdependent

(IsraelNN.com) The past few years of economic growth have proven that prosperity is not dependent on peace. Likud chairman and former Prime Minister Binyamin (Bibi) Netanyahu told a business conference.
"There is a difference between peace and treaties," he added. "I have seen in the world that it is possible to achieve growth without peace and vice-versa.... Growth engines are the managers and entrepreneurs, not the government."
