Middle East Peace Possible--on a Computer Game
A new computer game developed by an Israeli and American student in the United States gives players a chance to make peace in the Middle East. The PeaceMaker game pits an unnamed Israel prime minister against a Palestinian Authority (PA) president.
The game shows maps of Israel and requires the players to react to suicide bombings, counter terrorist measures and compromise proposals. "The secret is to opt for the middle route, to walk between the drops and not make radical decisions," said Israeli native Asi Burak. "You have to know when to ignore things and when to respond."
