Dov Har-Shefi, whose daughter Margalit was jailed for not preventing the murder of Yitzhak Rabin, said Friday that the Har-Shefi family was not surprised by Ami Ayalon's admission that Margalit had no advance knowledge of the plan to assassinate Rabin.
"We have heard these statements in the past, from Ayalon and from [former Shabak / GSS head] Carmi Gilon, who wrote this in his book after his retirement," Har-Shefi told Arutz 7 / Israel National News Friday.
Har-Shefi said that the family wanted the truth to come out, and may take legal recourse against the state.
