Palestinian Authority ministers are about to launch a diplomatic campaign in European capitals, in an attempt to convince European countries to resume direct financial aid to the PA.

According to Saudi daily A-Sharq Il-Awsat, several PA ministers are about to embark on a European tour in which they will claim that the "Mecca deal" between Hamas and Fatah satisfies all of the international community's demands for lifting the embargo on direct aid to the PA.
