Arab terrorists attacked a bullet-proof Egged bus on the 148 line near the community of Rechalim in Samaria a short time ago. No one was injured, but the bus sustained damage.
Palestinian Authority (PA) Chairman Mahmoud Abbas has offered Israel to extend the "Gaza ceasefire" to Judea and Samaria in return for cessation of counter-terrorist actions by the IDF. The Gaza ceasefire was announced by Abbas and Prime Minister Ehud Olmert last November but has been violated more than 200 times by rocket and sniper fire and the planting of roadside bombs near the Gaza separation barrier.
