(IsraelNN.com) Minister of Strategic Affairs Avigdor Lieberman spoke out on Saturday evening against the High Follow up Committee for the Arabs in Israel, which was established in December by the National Committee for the Heads of the Arab Local Authorities in Israel, saying that the committee has called for the destruction of Israel. Lieberman also expressed concern that the Committee has formed an alliance with the Hamas-Fatah controlled Palestinian Authority, which the Committee officially supports. Such an alliance would be dangerous for Israel, Lieberman warned.

Lieberman said he plans to raise the topic of the Committee’s support for Hamas and Fatah in the next government session, which will be on Sunday morning. He also plans to ask the government to take action against the PA, especially in Gaza.
