Al Aksa Martyrs Brigades terrorists took responsibility for firing five Kassam rockets on Israel Thursday. The terrorist group is aligned with Fatah, led by Palestinian Authority (PA) Chairman Mahmoud Abbas.
Al Aksa said the rockets were aimed at Ashkelon, Sderot and the resettled community of Elei Sinai, whose residents were expelled by the government from northern Gaza almost two years ago. However, the IDF said it had no knowledge of the attacks.
