The Supreme Court has rejected a petition by the Association for Civil Liberties in Israel and Physicians For Human Rights demanding that the IDF open all Gaza border crossings.
Chief Justice Dorit Beinisch, in her verdict, said she did not find anything wrong with the IDF’s decision to close the crossings from time to time based on the security situation.
She stressed that the IDF takes into consideration alternate ways of providing necessary supplies to Gazans.
