At least one Israeli vehicle was damaged Monday in a continued escalation of rock throwing attacks throughout Judea and Samaria. Near Shechem, no was injured but the bus in which they were traveling sustained damage.
Rocks were thrown at cars on Highway 60 near the village of El Aroob, less than one mile south of the Gush Etzion junction, and near Beit Omar, several miles further south. Motorists in the area have faced stoning attacks almost every day and often at the same location.
Near Tekoa, east of Efrat, soldiers arrested an Arab who was armed with a 14-inch knife.
