The Al Aqsa Martyrs Brigades terror group, a subgroup of the Fatah terror group headed by Palestinian Authority Chairman Mahmoud Abbas, took credit Saturday for firing four Kassam rockets at Sderot and the western Negev. The terrorists said that they were attacking Israel over the continued excavation work near the Rambam (Mughrabi) Gate that leads to the Temple Mount where the Al Aksa mosque is located.

There were no injuries or damage reported in Saturday's attacks.
