Palestinian Authority (PA) spokesman Ghazi Hamed said that former political science professor and minister Ziad Abu Amr in Yasser Arafat's government will be the foreign minister in the new unity government.

Agreement still has not been announced on who will head the powerful Interior Ministry, which is responsible for security forces.
