Former Arafat Aide To Be PA Foreign Minister

(IsraelNN.com) Palestinian Authority (PA) spokesman Ghazi Hamed said that former political science professor and minister Ziad Abu Amr in Yasser Arafat's government will be the foreign minister in the new unity government.
