MK Eldad to Diskin, Horev: Don't Show Majadle Secrets
(IsraelNN.com) MK Prof. Aryeh Eldad (NU/NRP) appealed Friday to two security agency chiefs not to expose classified material related to the Israeli Space Agency before Raleb Majadle, the new Minister of Science, as long as Majadle refuses to undergo a security clearance check.
Prof. Eldad asked General Security Service (Shabak) chief Yuval Diskin and to the Head of Security in the Defense Ministry, Yechiel Horev, to limit the information they make available to Majadle, who is a Muslim Arab. Majadle was appointed at the behest of Labor party head Amir Peretz.
