New details provided by MK Esterina Tartman (Yisrael Beiteinu) and NFC news website may show that Tartman was the victim of a smear by journalist Amnon Abramovich of Channel 2 TV. Abramovich alleged that Tartman had signed an affidavit stating that she could not work for longer than four hours a day. However – veteran investigative journalist Yoav Yitzhak, who runs NFC news website, has determined that Tartman never signed such an affidavit.

The 4 hour limitation was a recommendation of an occupational therapist hired by Yahav Bank, and was limited to a 12 month period. Tartman says she worked hard to recuperate since then, and has succeeded, although she still suffers intense pain. "There are days I work 12 hours and days I work less," she said. "I am proud of that."
