Hevron Update: One Jew Arrested, Charged with Assault
(IsraelNN.com) Dozens of police are restoring order in Hevron and have arrested one Jewish resident on charges of causing damage to an Arab store and assaulting policemen. Jewish residents reported that Arabs looted shops in their neighborhood.
About 120 Jewish residents gathered to protest police searches in the community, where Arabs accused the Jewish residents of attacking their homes and injuring a worker.
