‘Mirse’ Disputes Antenna Radiation with Gov’t
The “ Mirse” cell phone company is disputing a report by the Environmental Ministry that at least one third of its antennas may be emitting dangerous radiation.
The ministry said Sunday morning that the company does not hold valid operation permits for a third of the antennas.
The company issued a statement in response stating that every antenna meets ministry standards and that an “administrative mistake” was responsible for the delay in receiving the permits.
