According to Saudi newspaper Al-Riyadh, Russia and Saudi Arabia agreed in principle to nuclear cooperation during Russian President Vladimir Putin’s recent visit to the oil-rich peninsula. Saudi Foreign Minister Saud Al-Faisal said that the two nations agreed to work together on military and strategic matters, and specifically included the possibility of nuclear cooperation.
