(IsraelNN.com) Ten undercover policemen arrested a Netanya rabbi this week on charges of holding an Arab man in order to rescue his Jewish daughter, according to the local Israeli newspaper Kol HaIr (Voice of the City).
The Yad L'Achim organization, which works to bring home Jews from Arab homes said, "On one hand the police ask us to help and on the other hand it sends policemen to arrest one of our activists."
The police pounced on Rabbi Alex Artovski at his house as he was on his way to a synagogue for morning prayers. The police also confiscated the rabbi's computer and personal items.
