(IsraelNN.com) Labor MK Colette Avital is indicating that after her meeting on Monday with party leader Defense Minister Amir Peretz, she is the Labor candidate in the presidential race.

Avital is working to enlist support for her candidacy, hoping to become Israel’s first female president.
