(IsraelNN.com) One Golani soldier has suffered serious wounds and four other soldiers were injured lightly in an intense ground battle Sunday evening in Lebanon. Army soldiers killed at least 16 Hizbullah terrorist guerillas.

The clashes were in the village of Mahviv in southwestern Lebanon. Golani troops entered a building, where it suspected Hizbullah terrorists stored weapons and ammunition, when an explosion caused the injuries. The unit destroyed two trucks loaded with rockets and also discovered rocket and mortar shell launchers.
