(IsraelNN.com) Likud chairman Knesset Member Binyamin (Bibi) Netanyahu told the party's secretariat Thursday he has a four-point plan to rehabilitate the party, which won only 12 Knesset seats in the March general elections.

Netanyahu said the plan includes bringing in more funds to cover debts of more than $8 million, preparing for local elections and establishing a mechanism to communicate Likud's ideology.
