Arab Ethnic Cleansing of History (Historical Genocide)

Arabs reacted furiously to U.S. Republican Presidential Candidate Newt Gingrich as the former House Speaker dared to tell the truth—the Arab Palestinian is a myth!

Gingrich’s comments don’t agree with the Arab revisionist version of history.

Let’s call the Arab propaganda machine what it is…the ethnic cleansing of history, or in less politically correct terms, historic genocide.

Watch today’s Israelity! with Mark Kaplan  and join the team…

I've had a bunch of responses to this video. Some were on the Arutz Sheva blog, some on Youtube, and others by e-mail.

Please note that comments posted through Youtube, I do not upload to the Arutz Sheva and vice versa. When comments are sent to my e-mail, I assume the writers do not want their e-mails published. Needless to say, I censor any comments sent to  Youtube with foul, offensive, or otherwise inappropriate language. Though, I want to be clear (doesn’t President Obama always say that?), I do not censor opinions that are different than my own.

The very reason I upload these videos is to open discussions and to educate about Jewish legal rights and the facts of law and history as they relate to the Jewish National Home. When people claim Israel is racist, Apartheid, occupying Arab land, or violators of international law. I don’t expect to change a Jew-hater’s opinion, but it opens up the opportunity to educate those who may be convinced by the Arab propaganda, because I am backing up what I say with verifiable facts.

In one response below, an anonymous writer wrote, "keep up the great work and hope this video goes viral !!!"   The readers of this blog and the Youtube viewership is only a small fraction of those who see my programs, as they are also broadcast on TV, satellite, and cable TV  twice weekly. However, in order to have these videos go viral, it will take an effort of those who support the content of the videos. Let's face it, the blogs on Arutz Sheva are not up on top with the headlines. So, feel free to tell all your friends and families, send then the links, and by all means please start calling the Arab lies  "the ethnic cleansing of Jewish history" or "historical genocide." Let's not let Hillary Clinton convert our "Jewish National Home" into a "Judenrein National Home."

Clinton has labeled Gingrich's comments "unhelpful." At least she did not say Gingrich lied. You will notice Clinton, with her legal background, is walking on eggshells around her terminology. This is why we have not moved forward yet with legal action against the U.S. Government for violating the 1924 Anglo-American Convention. We are looking for what in law is called the actionable cause.  The pressure put on Israel is sufficient, accept, the Government is unable to sue. We need proof that the US actions directly violate our rights.

Let me hear if you have any ideas.

Demanding Our Rights On the Temple Mount

Construction of the new bridge to the Temple Mount is frozen because of the fear of a violent response by the Arabs.  Jewish Rights to pray or even offer the Korban Pesach (Passover Offering) is not being allowed under Israeli Law, as ruled by the High Court of Justice, because of what the High Court ruled is greater political concerns ("political" is used in the ruling).

Israeli Law is clear—anyone who prevents free access to religious sites or prevents the exercise of free worship is subject to a prison sentence of 5-6 years. Does the High Court have a right to rule that a law does not need to be enforced, thus allowing religious rights to be violated?

      Here is the law:

Protection of Holy Places Law 5727 (1967)*

      1. The Holy Places shall be protected from desecration and any other violation and from anything likely to violate the freedom of access of the members of the different religions to the places sacred to them or their feelings with regard to those places.
      1.   a.  Whosoever desecrates or otherwise violates a Holy Place shall be liable to imprisonment for a term of seven years.

      b.  Whosoever does anything likely to violate the freedom of access of the members of the different religions to the places sacred to them or their feelings with regard to those places shall be liable to imprisonment for a term of five years.

      1. This Law shall add to, and not derogate from, any other law.
      1. The Minister of Religious Affairs is charged with the implementation of this Law, and he may, after consultation with, or upon the proposal of, representatives of the religions concerned and with the consent of the Minister of Justice make regulations as to any matter relating to such implementation.

           5. This Law shall come into force on the date of its adoption by the Knesset.

      Prime Minister

      Minister of

      Religious Affairs

      * Adopted by the Knesset on 27 June 1967

Excerpt from the March 2010 High Court ruling:

"Indeed, the basic starting point is that every Jew has the right to the Temple Mount and pray there… However, these rights are not absolute and (authorities) can limit their implementation taking into account public interest… In light of the centrality and importance of the Temple Mount to many other religions, too, the danger arising from a flare up of violence is not only a local threat… what is happening on the Temple Mount affects political considerations and foreign relations of the state.”
