G-d called the name of Bezalel to build the Tabernacle.

Rav Yitzchak says that G-d said to Moses: Is Bezalel acceptable to you?

And Moses said: If You think he is, of course I think so.

And the answer was: I want to know your opinion - tell the Jewish people that I intend to appoint him. See if they agree.

He went and told them and  they said that if G-d and Moses accept him, he is acceptable to us.

What is really going on here?

When do we need the opinion of the people?
