Anyone who follows the reaction of members of the national camp regarding the evacuation of "meahazim" (outpost settlements) is witness to an interesting phenomenon: almost everybody strongly condemns and attacks Minister of Defense Fuad Ben-Eliezer, with not a single word of criticism against the Prime Minister! As if Sharon is not involved.

We are being sold fairy tales, as if this is connected with Fuad's needs before the Labor Party primaries, and Ariel Sharon is "forced, with a heavy heart," to give this present to Fuad. They try to explain to us that Ariel Sharon really is not interested in the evacuation of those outposts, but what can he do? This is the price of the unity government, we are told.

And so, once again, the members of the national camp are falling into the trap that Ariel Sharon is setting for all of us. My brothers and sisters in the national camp, the time has come to wake up. It is the Prime Minister of Israel, Ariel Sharon, who is the initiator and organizer of the evacuation of the outposts, he and no one else.

Anybody who reads between the lines in the newspapers understands that the evacuation of outposts is probably part of an agreement between Ariel Sharon and the "quartet" - the United States, Russia, the United Nations, and the European Union. The agreement consists of the quartet accepting the demand by Sharon for "reforms" in the PLO Evil Authority. (A stupid and extremely dangerous request. During the Second World War, the Allies did not demand "reforms" and the mere replacement of Hitler, may his name be blotted out, by Goering. Rather, they understood that in order to restore peace to Europe, they would have to totally eliminate the entire Nazi infrastructure. Unfortunately, Sharon has not yet attained this understanding, and for this we pay in Jewish blood every day). In exchange for "reforms" Ariel Sharon promised the quartet to establish a Palestinian state in the heart of Eretz Israel during his next term in office.

The first stage in the establishment of this PLO state seems to consist of the evacuation of the outposts, initially the evacuation of the small ones. We must understand that Fuad is a supporting actor in this play. Although the timing is extremely suitable for him, due to the struggle for leadership of the Labor Party, it is Ariel Sharon who will bear chief responsibility, and guilt, for the transfer of Jews. In this play, both Sharon and Fuad emerge winners: Ariel Sharon benefits from the fact that the arrows of criticism by the national camp are not directed at him, and Fuad happily volunteers to be the scapegoat that everyone in the national camp so greatly loves to hate.

Therefore, the leaders of the national camp must immediately stop their criticism of Fuad, and begin a frontal attack against Ariel Sharon. The struggle against the evacuation of the outposts is not only the battle for a single mobile home here or there. This is the beginning of the struggle for all the settlements in Judea, Samaria, and Gaza - and specifically when there is a Prime Minister from the Likud ("history repeats itself") he must know that we will transfer him from the offices of the Prime Minister. And we will do the same for every member of the national camp who will remain glued to their seats in Sharon's Jewish-expulsion government.

It is inconceivable that right in the middle of a bloody war with the cruel Arab foe, the Prime Minister would evacuate Jews from settlements that were established in memory of the victims of terror. These places both maintain the security of the Jews in the area and constitute the ultimate Zionist response to terror. The Arab enemy hopes that the terror attacks will cause the Jews to leave Eretz Israel - and the establishment of the outposts shows them just the opposite: the more they attack us, the more strongly we hold onto our holy land; their guns and bullets (that they received from Shimon Peres) will never succeed in driving us out of our land.

A Prime Minister who gives the order to evacuate outposts is a Prime Minister who spits in the face of the victims of terror, and in the face of the history of the people of Israel in the Land of Israel. If he will indeed give such an order, not only must we resist the evacuation and establish dozens of new outposts for each evacuated one, we must act to bring down the government, and declare the order to evacuate the outposts to be a patently illegal order, with all that that entails.
