Why Does the Dem's Hate List Include Sheldon Adelson?

The world wants and needs Sheldon Adelson

This week, President Obama’s campaign issued a fundraising email attacking Sheldon Adelson. The email by David Axelrod, Obama’s campaign manager says: "We know it's not out of love for Mitt Romney, so why part with so much money? As President Clinton reminded us last week, sometimes the answer is as simple as arithmetic. So let's do the math: According to a new report from the Center for American Progress Action Fund, Adelson could see up to $2 billion in savings under Mitt Romney's tax plan versus the President's plan.”

"We don't have Sheldon Adelson, and with all due respect, we don't want him”- A quote from the email.

One of the largest taxpayers in America, an executive who employs tens of thousands of Americans, who controls a multi-billion dollar publicly traded company in which thousands of Americans invest - is told by the American President that he isn’t wanted? A private person who is one of the largest American philanthropists is attacked by the most powerful man in the world for opposing Presidential policy and exercising his democratic rights.

Shameful.

Sheldon Adelson is a great American patriot– who has created tens of thousands of jobs and wealth for so many worldwide as he has taken risk and succeeded as an entrepreneur. His wife is his partner in life and business, and they support many traditional American causes - from free enterprise to American troops, he remembers his humble beginnings,

Sheldon Adelson is a great Jew – the richest Jew in the world, he is the rare high-profile Jew to stand up and say the truth and what needs to be said regardless of political correctness.

His foundation gives more than $200 Million to Jewish causes annually, he has donated $100 Million to Birthright Israel, $25 Million to Yad Vashem, and much more. He reminds American politicians and organizations of the tight bonds between the great nations of America and Israel.

Sheldon Adelson is a great philanthropist – The Dr. Miriam and Sheldon Adelson Medical Research Foundation is committed to a model of open and highly integrated collaboration among outstanding investigators who participate in goal-directed basic and clinical research to prevent, reduce or eliminate disabling and life-threatening illness. From melanoma to bowel disease, they work endlessly through groundbreaking and innovative collaborative research projects.

The Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee apologized recently for libeling Adelson – and the Obama campaign should do the same.

Sheldon Adelson is an American Jewish patriotic hero who should be celebrated for all he has done to make this world a better place, rather than being attacked by the President of the United States.

In a great country like America, Sheldon Adelson epitomizes so much of what is great about this country – one who uses his wealth to make the world a better place. It is un-American for Obama to attack Adelson.

I will hope and pray that America – and the world will be able to say on November 3rd “We don't have Barack Obama, and with all due respect, we don't want him.”

Sheldon Adelson is a tremendous philanthropist, humanitarian and executive. The world wants and needs Sheldon Adelson.
