At least one person was injured and multiple cars damaged Sunday night in a series of stone-throwing attacks by Palestinian Authority residents on Israeli vehicles outside of the predominantly haredi city of Beitar Illit south of Jerusalem.

The attacks took place on the Hussan bypass road used by residents of Beitar Illit.

According to Kikar Hashabbat, multiple Arab stone-throwers hurled rocks at passing Israeli vehicles, damaging several of them.

One Israeli woman was injured in one of the stone-throwing attacks. The woman was evacuated to a Jerusalem hospital and is reportedly in light condition.

Also overnight, IDF forces operating around the Etzion region south of Jerusalem located an M16 assault rifle in the Arab village of Jabel Indeza.

In addition, a joint operation by the IDF, Shin Bet internal security agency, police, and Border Police apprehended 14 wanted Arab suspects across Judea and Samaria. The 14 are believed to be responsible for terror attacks on Israeli civilians and security forces.
