Members of Israel's Diplomatic-Security Council will vote on Sunday afternoon on a package of incentives for PA Arabs in preparation for US President Donald Trump's upcoming visit to Israel.

The package will include allowing Arabs to build in Israeli-controlled Area C.

Area C is the only area where Jews are allowed to build. Arabs may build in Areas A and B, and often build in Area C without permission to do so.

While Arabs are allowed to enter all three areas, both Areas A and B are considered dangerous for Jews, and are therefore Judenrein despite being part of Israel.

The Jewish Home party has declared that they do not intend to allow Israeli Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu to change the status quo of Area C in order to provide "financial incentives."

"Yes to financial incentives, no to territorial and diplomatic concessions," a Jewish Home representative told Arutz Sheva.

"We are in favor or economic peace, and that's clear. But sometimes territorial concessions come as part of 'financial benefits.'

"We're talking about massive construction in Area C, which would bring hundreds of thousands of Arabs into the area and blur the border. It would annex Area C as part of the massive Arab illegal building - and do exactly what former PA leader Salam Fayyad wanted."

Such a step would create an unbroken strip of construction between Areas A and B, and give Israeli land over to the PA, changing the demographic status of the entire area.

The Jewish Home is not willing to allow such a thing, the representative said. This would be an attempt to change the borders without peace, without security, without the PA having to recognize Israel as a Jewish state - and would provide Israel with nothing in return.

"The Prime Minister always says, 'If they give, they get. If they don't give, they don't get.' Here we are giving wide swaths of Area C to the Palestinians, while the Palestinians continue to incite, carry out terror attacks, pass money to terrorists, and fund terrorists' campaigns to become mayor.

"It is extremely twisted that Netanyahu will not allow any Jewish building in Area C. The Planning Committee's meeting has been pushed off several times, resulting in an effective freeze of Jewish building in Judea, Samaria, and Jerusalem."

The Jewish Home party hopes to stop the process by creating a coalition together with the Cabinet's Likud ministers.
