This week, Arutz Sheva spoke to Dr. Ephraim Herrera, an expert on the Middle East and Islam, about the deal signed between the West and Iran - and what makes Iran unique.

"Iran will not change in any way but to continue its consistent policy," he stated. "To understand this, we need to understand the full context of the Ayatollah's [Ali Khamenei - ed.] regime."

According to Khamenei, he said, "the revolution will lead to domination of Shia Islam over the whole world." The person to do this, he said, is the Mahdi - a Messianic-like figure who was born but disappeared and will remain hidden from humanity until he reappears to bring justice to the world.

Hezbollah and other proxy organizations are just a means of bringing about this revolution, he explained.
