Judea and Samaria (Yesha) Council foreign envoy Dani Dayan spoke with Arutz Sheva during a special conference held Sunday by Land of Israel activists in the Samaria town of Ofra. The conference was called to discuss US Secretary of State John Kerry's framework plans for "peace" between Israel and the Arabs who claim a part of its land.

Dayan emphasized that the event was important in uniting various groups, showing their capabilities and invigorating them for action against the dangers posed to their communities by the plans.

At the event, Head of the Shomron Regional Council Gershon Mesika similarly called for the united action by all relevant groups in Judea and Samaria to combat the evictions included in proposed peace deals.

"This time it will not be ‘winning through love'," declared Mesika, referring to the slogan employed by the heads of the settlement enterprise against the Disengagement in 2005. "There will be a bitter struggle for every location in Israel."

Aside from massive Israeli withdrawals, an internationally managed Jerusalem and "earned" recognition of the Jewish nature of Israel, Kerry's proposed plans have been revealed in the past to also include a transfer of the Jewish population currently residing in the Jordan Valley and the use of IDF drones to monitor evacuated Judea and Samaria regions.

In trying to force Israel to concede to the plan that is considered by many to be overwhelmingly against the nation's interests, reports indicate Kerry has been manipulating the European boycotts to pressure the Jewish state.
