'Palestinian' terrorists fired three mortars from the Kerem Shalom crossing, this morning, staling Israeli humanitarian efforts from going to the Gaza Strip.

The mortars struck a truck and a van delivering aid and goods to the Arab population of Gaza, the IDF blog stated.

Activity at the Kerem Shalom crossing was suspended briefly, but was quickly resumed, upon evaluating the situation, and Israeli humanitarian efforts continued, transferring the goods to Gaza.

“Yesterday, over 180 trucks of goods were transferred from Israel to Gaza. The IDF will continue to act in order to prevent terrorist attacks from the Gaza Strip,” the IDF stated.

The IDF said it “will continue to distinguish between the terrorist organizations and the civilian population” and “will continue to abide by their commitments to transfer goods through the Kerem Shalom crossing to the people of Gaza in an efficient and secure manner.”
