Brig. Gen. (ret.) Uzi Eilam, a senior research fellow at the Institute for National Security Studies, says Iran is trying to deceive the world by offering to ship its nuclear reactors’ low-grade uranium to its new ally Turkey, which in return will give Tehran fuel rods of medium-enriched uranium for a "medical research reactor."

Eilam chaired a session in the "State of the Nation 2010" conference, a session which dealt with the security challenges facing Israel today. He spoke with Arutz Sheva TV about the latest development according to which Iran now agrees. Eilam defines this act as a deception intended to divert and postpone the sanctions.
