Israeli company High Tech Sollutions (HTS) presented their technology at Israel Gateway 2009 - Safe City. HTS’s proprietary Neural Network and Image Processing Technologies provide both digital and video image records, for direct recognition, identification and recording of alphanumeric and graphic codes. HTS products include image-capturing systems, core recognition engines, rich applications and provide a highly user-friendly interface.
