Prime Minister Ehud Olmert, speaking Sunday night at the annual gathering of the Conference of Presidents of Major American Jewish Organizations in Jerusalem, declared that Israel will not open crossings to Gaza before Gilad Shalit is home.

According to Olmert's aide Mark Regev, the Prime Minister was referring to commercial and normal usage of the crossings. The IDF reported Monday that it will be allowing over 200 truckloads of humanitarian aid into Gaza including fuel and natural gas.
