In a message posted on the Srugim website, Tzfat Chief Rabbi Shmuel Eliyahu said that when the Supreme Court gives a ruling, "one doesn't have to follow them blindly, but must open his eyes."
"And if everyone says that [the ruling] is unjust, then apparently it is unjust."
