The Treasury has published its outline for a return to routine. The outline is divided into four phases of return to activity, with additional activities being allowed incrementally.
The first phase begins today, with the return of some of the students to the schools, to continue in the next few days with the opening of Bed & Breakfast lodges, malls, nature reserves, and national parks, and will end on May 10 with the return of kindergartens until the age of 6.
