Since the beginning of the Corona crisis, the Israeli public has been exposed almost every evening to the sharp increase in the number of job-seekers enrolled in the employment service.
The number of job-seekers (sometimes referred to as "unemployed" in the media) has crossed the million mark and stood at over 27% of the workforce on 21/4/20.
