Video: Lebanese man brandishes pliers in front of IDF base

Hezbollah's al-Manar channel reporter posted a video of a Lebanese man brandishing pliers in front of an IDF base, hinting at the breaching of the fence last week.

The reporter added: "Anyone with pliers has become a threat to bases."
