Mayor of Jerusalem Moshe Leon spoke with reporters regarding the situation in the capital city and its battle against the coronavirus epidemic. He said that by the end of the day, between 130 and 150 people would be transferred to "Corona hotels."

"The decision to place special restrictions in [many of Jerusalem's] neighborhoods is political," he stressed, adding, "I definitely agree that people should be taken out of the neighborhoods, but many of those who refuse to be taken [to the hotels] are justified in their objections."
