The Canadian Olympic Committee and Canadian Paralympic Committee issued joint statements on Sunday night saying that they refuse to send their teams to the Olympic Games this summer due to the coronavirus outbreak.
The two also called for the Games to be pushed back a year. The Tokyo Olympics are currently scheduled to start July 24 and the Paralympics are slated to start on August 25.
