Authorities in Wuhan, the city in China where the coronavirus first broke out, have allowed limited traffic within city limit.
Residents who will be determined to healthy in an electronic database will be allowed out of their living areas as long as they can prove they are going to work. Public transportation in the city will be resumed, while barriers between boroughs in the city will be removed.
Earlier, China reported 39 new infections of coronavirus across the country, all coming from overseas. This is the fifth day in which China saw no new internal infection.
