Blue and White chairman MK Benny Gantz on Monday spoke of his intention to form a government after receiving the mandate to do so from the president.
"I know that at this complex time, you expect the state leadership and me personally to pull Israel out of the paralysis, put aside irrelevant considerations, unite the ranks and put Israel first. Today, upon receiving the mandate, we took the first step on the way there. I will do everything so as not to disappoint you," said Gantz.
