At the request of the Health Ministry, a five-ward unit is being set up at Hasharon Hospital solely for the care of 200 coronavirus patients.
The massive preparations include the establishment of remote medical technology infrastructures, the establishment of control centers for each floor with state-of-the-art technological measures and integrated video and voice systems to contact patients remotely and optimally manage the hands-free departments to keep staff safe. The various systems monitor the movement of patients and their medical condition. All medical information including from ventilator and monitoring devices, flows directly to the computerized medical record.
