Turkey and Russia on Thursday agreed on a ceasefire deal in Syria’s Idlib region.
Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan told reporters the truce would come into effect at midnight on Thursday though he added that Turkey retained the right “to respond to all (Syrian) regime attacks in the field.”
